This art print measures 18″x24″ and is a limited edition of 100. Printed on 320 GSM cold-press textured paper with archival inks.
Jim states:
“’Society’ was one of those songs that came to me out of thin air, standing in our rehearsal studio with a guitar in my hands waiting for inspiration. It’s a blanket statement on the damage that corruption and hyper-capitalism run amok can have on your soul, making you feel like you’re a product on a shelf of whatever political or religious dogma you had the misfortune of being born into. But at the same time, understanding that acknowledging it is the first step towards planning your escape. So while it sounds pessimistic, on another level it’s meant to be inspiring.”

“I did this drawing of my oldest acoustic guitar and wrote behind and around it why I think everyone should have one and what writing songs can do for you therapeutically. Then I added in some of my favorite songs that popped into my head while I was writing, a stream of consciousness just filling it in as I went. It doesn’t have to be an acoustic guitar or writing a song, could be doing some artwork every day, surfing or skateboarding, kicking a soccer ball or going for a hike. As long as we do something! It goes a long way to helping our mental health and anxiety about the fucked up, beautiful world we all live in. Channel that energy into something good.”
